Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the packaging sealed.

  • Certain products may have specific return conditions depending on their type.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your bag arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • The return shipping cost will be covered by Bag Bros for eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, are not in their original condition, or have unsealed packaging cannot be returned.

  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
